This is certifiably insane. You do not under any circumstances yield control of such critical strategic infrastructure to private enterprise, which will never operate the facilities in a manner that aligns with public needs.

Maybe the most not-a-joke Beaverton headline. Just how Carney thinks.

„Pointing to the overwhelming and ongoing success of Air Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney announced his government is considering pursuing a similar model.“ Got me a snort lol.

Oh, joy… Another anti-Carney article from The Beaverton. I mean, I get it. He is the prime minister, and therefore a *prime* target.
It’s just getting to the point where it isn’t really satire anymore, and just soapboxing. It kind of reminds me of how *The Royal Canadian Air Farce* was after most of the original comedy troupe retired from the show. The punchlines got thinner and weaker, and it just became commentary and complaining.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for satire, especially when it aims at the top politicians. It just, you know, has to be satire *first*.

He had a good lead, idk why he’s speed running his decline with this dumb airport fiasco

i realize this is beaverton, but it would not surprise me. Doug ford would be there holding Carney’s nut sack at the signing.
