She is right.
In hindsight the fact that Russia started a full invasion of Ukraine in feb 2022 turned out to be the greatest strategic failure for Russia in the 21st century.
Russia is now stuck in a war of attrition, and it’s strategic position has greatly diminished.
So say we all.

Notice how the Ukrainian representative is paying full attention to her. Respectful and professional.
This is a complete waste of time. They need action, not reminders, as we’ve said on this sub many times before. Minimal effort was put into this speech, no historical framing, no passion. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte’s message directed toward Russian youth was excellent:

The UN Security Council.. what a waste of space that is. It is unfit for purpose.
