6 tanks – wow! Ukraine drone ops must be very good at Where’s Waldo.
Is there any stat on recent tank losses per model?
The last group of stored tanks in reasonable numbers was T-72As. They were untouched until this year.
I wonder if they converted the refurbishement lines of T80s or T-72Bs into T-72As, and now start using them on the front.
I do not see enough focus on the operational tactical UAV crop.
The high and sustained numbers tell you that Russian is trying to contest for the skies. Russians themselves are crying that they are losing that fight, with Ukraine dominating them.
It is fair to factor each of those UAV kills as a Ukrainian life saved.
When you see bad news, like a humanitarian supply van blown up it is probably going to be one or more Russian UAVs involved.
Whether blinding them by knocking down recon drones, or shotgunning an FPV before it claims a target, these are crucial victories.
These also have the potential for increased success which would bury Russian morale.
Rock solid figures again today. More big artillery numbers more mlrs and air defence. Are russia on a big attack mode at the moment or is it ukraine are simple on the offensive more. Either way great to see the Russians taking the hits.
Another two AD gone meaning two more holes to penetrate Russia and inflict damage. For example logistic and/or kinetic sanctions.
