I had a look at the telegram group, only 1500 members and rather low volume of posting. That said it was an English language account, if there’s a Russian one it might be much busier.

Getting backing from two opposing and completely evil states simultaneously has got to be some sort of evil mastermind achievement.

At this point Putin himself could come to London with a giant megaphone admitting that this division is his absolute goal and a certain demographic of people would still be blind and deaf to it.

Critical thinking died in the UK a long long time ago

I’ve long since lost any confidence in any Byline reporting given their pretty poor track record.

That said it’s hardly suprising is it. They use anything to push their message. Having a white man as PM has been used to oush their message. These aren’t rational people.

The whole policing of speech through association can get right in the bin mind you. It’s either acceptable to say (whatever) lives matter or it isn’t.

    5. It’s certainly easier for foreign actors to push agendas that stoke division when they’re hardly wrong? Obviously some of what is said is untrue but you can only pretend the data doesn’t exist for so long…

    6. Whilst i do not doubt Russia tries to undermine our civility or what we have left of it. However, with all my experience of being lied and manipulated by a succession of different government, i smell bullshit again.

The article is clearly trying to change growing public opinion on Tel Aviv Tommy Robinsons loyalties lying elsewhere and being funded from his masters via the backdoor.

By painting him as being in bed with Russian anti semites they think they can change piblic opinion.

    7. Ok but do you really think people would not be worried about the immigration situation in this country anyway?

I must be naive & slow. I wondered why UKpolitics seems to prevent replies, at least from me. AFAIK I’m not banned but whenever there’s a bit of R/W propaganda that I want to call out the reply is greyed out. Probably just bots chatting anyway… Posted this but the parent was deleted so I put it here.

Im sure this will go down amazingly well

      „My life matters as well“

      „Shut you nazi!“

      👏

It’s painful how easy this article can be spinned and weaponised for a general election, take away for now, Henry Nowak was murdered and was humiliated by the police as he died, it was clear to him in his dying moments, his life didn’t matter at all, and it should of mattered.

His death likely wasn’t preventable at all, but that doesn’t mean the police didn’t have to make any attempts at all to even check for stab wounds, they at that time were told information and never acted, only a mockery.

I’m sure this is true. It’s well known that Russia will take any opportunity to stir the pot, they supported Brexit, Scottish independence, Corbyn, and Farage. A whole range of things with no particular connecting ideology other than „this will make things hard for the UK government“.

But the reason this is such fertile ground for the Russians is that there is a real problem and people right to be angry about it.  Trying to contain it with censorship and jailing protestors as the government are doing is going to give the Russians more opportunities to exploit anger.

You can see all the Kremlin stooges dripping the same bile into the same demographic. 12 people jailed for Southampton, we have details of 11 of them (other one was underage) and they have 2 jobs, 22 (soon 23) kids and nearly 200 convictions largely for violence, domestic abuse and public disorder. 7 of them said they turned up after hearing about cold, pure rage…which certain parts of the media reported as a public statement and then claimed meant sit down and think really hard.

Until we get a grip and arrest the likes of farage for treason and incitement, we will have these scenes every time a minority commits a crime

Russian accounts get to roleplay what its like to criticise a government because they cant at home without being sent to frontlines of war they’re losing
