Its being driven by illegal cattle trade from areas with screw worm to areas without. Something the eradication program does not control.

Canada has banned the import of Texas cattle. So Texans are selling their cattle to Colorado, so that Colorado ranchers can sell them to Canada. Canada needs to stop import of ALL American cattle. But then, we have our own people standing in the way of consumer safety
