I keep seeing articles about what he’s planning to do….. Well when is he actually going to start? So far it’s just lip-service (kind of like his whole political career). Someone should tell him that actions speak louder than words.

Step one: have your side stand up a strawman
Step two: attack the strawman, but probably still fail as both a human being and as a barely elected representative.

He „campaigns“ (even though we’re not in electoral mode) for something that already exists? Alberta is already part of Canada and based on Canadians pulse, it’s not going anywhere!
And now he’s trying to flip the script to blame Ottawa for the separatist movement instead of the Albertan government who kept facilitating it?
Isn’t there a way for Canadians to replace that broken politician instead of letting his supporters using duct tape trying to fix him all the time? „No, no, he’s still working! Look, his arms are moving!“

The excerpt from the speech sounds more like something from a CPC rally than one to keep Alberta in Canada.
>We do not need a different country, Alberta. We need different government policies in Ottawa,” the excerpt reads.
>“Unblocking resources and pipelines, respecting firearms owners, locking up criminals, relieving taxpayers, respecting provincial autonomy, unlocking free enterprise—we know that these are the things Albertans have been demanding.
This isn’t a message of unity, it’s a message of partisanship and contingency.
