Fun fact: this is enough water to fill an Olympic swimming pool

Sheesh, it’s not bad enough that we’ve polluted the world, now we have to pollute space too?

Damn – I’m a corporate and non-profits video guy. I DREAM of interviews like this guy. He knows his stuff, he doesn’t stutter and mumble, he’s confident, and he clearly explains what he does. And he wraps it up with what I call „appropriate emotion“ – „it’s exciting, it’s humbling“ and compliments his team. And he never for a second sounds like he’s reading from a prompter.
It’s something how powerful it is when you get someone like this in front of a camera.

Amazing to think of the effort in engineering that goes into just this part of the facility, having enough water and enough pumping capacity to run those massive test stands.
Its this kind of pyramid of capability that makes science and engineering run, and it saddens me that people seem to no longer value it.
