Bisher kenne ich den Namen (Anna Mayer/e) und das Wort Luxembourg darunter. Auf der linken Seite kann ich nur das Jahr erkennen, das oben steht, mehr nicht.
I think you’d have more luck trying in a german handwriting sub as the text is mostly written in german. I can make out certain words but I have no idea how to read the handwriting, so…
It was apparently written in Arlon in june1915 and it starts withe Lieb Annerl which is a „Verniedlichung“ of Anna

This looks like Sütterlin, which is a form of Kurrent. The Germans will know where to direct your query!

Well thats not a translating problem but more of a decipher problem… i cant read this handwriting…
I cant even see where „luxemburg“ is written for me it looks like „lersnburg)
Beneath i see „Zoll****something Nro 45 (nummer 45)
Else i can decipher the top of the writing saying
„Arlon vom 14 Juni 1915“ and then „Limb Annerl“ which is probably „Lieb Annerl (cute shortage for Liebe Anna“)
In the text i can only decipher a few words like „können, in, und, mit“ thats all

Beware of AI hallucinations, but this may come pretty (relatively?) close:
Arlon, den 14. Juni 1915.

The postcard is very unlikely to have originated from a native Luxembourger writing as the hand writing is some form of German Kurrent, not taught in Luxembourg (besides maybe during occupation).
But the most revealing is the diminutive „Annerl“ for Anne. Luxembourgers would not use that (Ann or Aennchen would be the proper luxembourgish version).

Uclen [or similar place name], June 14, 1915.
Dear Immel!
I have been drinking very heavily for a long time now and have already gotten quite drunk. My liver is hurting me very much and I am lying here in the hospital. I have a very bad cough and have a fever.
The doctors are examining me thoroughly and have prescribed me absolute bed rest. I am also very weak and feel very bad.
I hope that I will get better soon and that I will be able to return to my unit soon.
With kind regards,
Your [name – looks like “Koch” or similar]
