What happens to this company and the people in charge there? 

I wish these news stories would point out (what is clear from my eyes) that they are ethnically Romani (aka gypsies). They aren’t actually ethnic Romanians who are white Europeans.

It happens with news stories I see of „Turkish“ criminals too who are nearly always ethnically Kurdish.
