Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Leute das wissen, aber im Schatten des WTC gab es eine sehr kleine orthodoxe Kirche, die dort schon seit Jahrzehnten existierte. Durch den Einsturz der Türme wurde es natürlich völlig zerstört. Die Kirche wurde schließlich in einem völlig neuen Stil wieder aufgebaut und thront hoch über der Gedenkstätte für den 11. September.
Es hat eine sehr seltsame Ähnlichkeit mit dem Tempel auf der Insel Epstein. Es könnte sicherlich nur ein architektonischer Zufall sein, aber es fiel mir ins Auge.
