    1. One can say many things on Joseph Muscat, but for sure he wouldn’t have missed this one. Robert Abela looks like a coward now.

Imagine backing away from an independent debate because of other commitments and the commitment was a party event in Żabbar.

Im sure he wouldn’t have backed out if it was done by ricky and the very neutral Wenzu!

    3. Of course he doesnt attend the one debate where politicians are actually pressured to give answers

This is the arrogance we all should expect from a landslide victory from the incumbents. I have no skin in either party truly but we need to give this government a little bit of a shake up – make them squirm a little so they feel accountable to us voters – if they win with such a projected majority – we are the ultimate losers. They will feel like they can do anything and they won’t lose any voters – free permits, favours – corruption – whatever.

I would say vote for the opposition or any other party – Labour will still win if you’re worried. And especially vote out the candidates who have shown they are corrupt already

    5. He’s not “chicken” he’s simply arrogant enough to know he doesn’t need to be accountable to voters

    6. He knows that whatever he does he’s not losing the next election? Why go?

Unfortunately, that means the country lost. Almost sounds like a dictatorship, does what he wants, no repercussions… God help us all.

Abela only goes to debates where he knows what questions are going to be asked. After yesterday, if you are reading this and still vote labour – mela Zammit Lewis was right.
