Ziel ist es, die Immobilienpreise zu regulieren, um jegliche Ausnutzung der aktuellen Situation zu verhindern und zu verhindern, dass Immobilien zu ungerechtfertigten Preisen angeboten werden.

So if someone owns a house, they should be given a max price they are allowed to sell it? Relax mister…

The market will take care of the problem on it’s own. The economy is not good, and we might even get into a recession with no positive sign for the future. In these conditions prices will naturally fall and find a new equilibrium.
