Hi!!

It’s a stray for sure, Malta is flooded with them unfortunately. If you really want to save at least this one, please go ahead without any worries.

Without a precise location (like Rabat or Sliema is fine but no street name)
The feeders know ‚their‘ cats very well and will probably recognize her and be able to help you into adopting her.
Because of the three colors (calico) 90% chances it’s a she.
You would need to contact a vet to prepare papers for you.
It’s unbelievable that the government lets strays multiply and suffer so much.
There is already an army of volunteer cat lovers doing their utmost. The problem is that they are disorganised and dealing with the problem individually.
All the government has to do is to fund the neutering itself, and organise these volunteers into a neutering production line – a trapping team, a transport team, a neutering team, a recovery team.
Note to OP: If this particular cat chose you, you have no say. You *have* *to* take him in and become his subordinate. That’s how cats roll.
