Implying that the only positive weather is boring 70 F sunny which I have every day already, ignoring the fact that the entire travel reason to Iceland, Finland, Alaska etc is intentionally because you can avoid that Caribbean boredom.

The entire west coast of the USA being green all year long is… not how I would have labeled that. Washington state in particular is miserable during the winter.

not very accurate, all the big cities in Italy are awful in July and August, not green at all, and there would be a lot more to say

These are posted here frequently. They’re the worst. It’s like ranking the best music genres. Sure, the vast majority of humans agree that 50C and humid is unpleasant, like experimental jazz metal fusion, but other than that, it’s too subjective to bother.

Southwestern Australia in Jan and Feb is the hottest it gets. Average temperatures are above 35 degrees reaching to 40+. Not ideal for a holiday.

I lived in Paraguay and recall vividly summers (January) when my laundry wouldn’t dry for days. Red, very red – not yellow. These scores are whack.

Some places are actually nicer in the winter vs the shoulder seasons (like Germany, for example). Better to avoid in October/November and February, but pretty nice sometimes in Dec/January, especially with the Christmas markets before the end of the year. The summers can be quite rainy… More of a toss-up.
You could probably combine several of these to make it a bit more palatable. e.g. the abc islands; Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao are within a few miles of each other so the same data.
This is highly dubious rating. And even within that rating, a bit inconsistent with its own logic for big countries. It is good that some big countries are split but the resultant “good” and “poor” times aren’t completely sensible. Netherlands, UK being undesirable in cooler months though they’re pretty mild (albeit grey ) but yet the whole west coast US being green all year round though half the west coast is the northwest coast, which is a lot like the UK and Netherlands (esp in the “poor” months).
Bhutan being “bad” weather all year round is definitely a take. Compare its general (non big mountain) temps to other places. Can’t tell if it’s being rated low for being too cool or too warm….
The Atacama desert is all green on this chart! That explains all the tourists who flock to this inhospitable desert, the driest place on Earth. 😀
