We recently moved and kept an eye on Bazaraki. There are a lot of apartments that have been listed for months at unreasonable prices. I don’t know what they’re hoping for or what the point is – they could just lower the price a bit and find a tenant quickly. But no, we’ll just wait for our oligarchs.
