I watched the actual video. It’s definitely not a mask. The way his lips move are not consistent with a mask. It looks like he’s had Botox around his lips and eyes though. His tongue certainly does move in an exaggerated manner, but this to me looks more like an old guy, who knows he’s about to be on camera as a talking head, and got himself a Botox session.
