      Seems very unwise for City Hall do a press release strongly implying that this was refused on ‚values and ethics‘ grounds when it’s unlawful to do so.

      Sounds like it’s actually just the program to expose misconduct committed *by* police officers and not the use of this tech against the general public

      That’s worse than before, basically telling the plod they can shield themselves but they rest of us have nothing to fear if we have nothing to hide

      Would love to be proved wrong if anyone has any better info

      So that’s Labour blocking Palantir contracts for the Met Police and for HMRC…

      Presumably that will get mentioned every time some troll insists that Starmer and Labour are bought and paid for by Palantir and will do whatever they want.

      Scotland Yard said this could cost police officers their job – how would not going with Palantir cause job losses?
