Der Kraneinsturz wurde in einem Livestream von Lab Padre auf YouTube, einem auf SpaceX ausgerichteten Kanal, festgehalten. Clips aus Lab Padre wurden in den sozialen Medien weithin geteilt, unter anderem auf X, das SpaceX-CEO Elon Musk gehört. Es war nicht sofort klar, ob SpaceX-Mitarbeiter durch den Vorfall verletzt wurden. Musk und andere Führungskräfte des Unternehmens antworteten nicht auf eine Bitte um Stellungnahme.

TL;DR
Contract worker fell. None of the other links posted by OP have anything to do with the initial [Space.com](http://Space.com) one.
Tragic and should have been prevented with better safety standards, but the title is misleading as this happened almost a year ago.
The soaring injury rate is misleading. You can’t compare Starbase to a white gloved clean room. Starbase is a heavy industry/construction site. Injury rates are higher at those kinds of jobs.

Wow, SpaceX chuds out in force in the comments. Real “some of you may die” Farquad energy. Industrial accidents occur because of cultural flaws- either a systemic lack of safety culture, a tolerance for individuals who exhibit unsafe practices, or both. Dismissing an incident like this as somehow a reasonable cost of doing business is farcical.
