Der Migros-Daily-Shop am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof darf sonntags definitiv nicht arbeiten, während die Leute weiterhin mit dem Bus über den Busbahnhof Sihlquai fahren. Während in Winterthur, gerade weil es dort einen Busbahnhof gibt, der Laden sonntags geöffnet sein durfte.
Die Gewerkschaft Unia wehrte sich dagegen und zog den Fall bis vor Bundesgericht. Dieses gab der Gewerkschaft nun recht. Zwar liege die Filiale nahe beim Hauptbahnhof. Sie sei aber durch eine grössere Begegnungszone vom Bahnhof getrennt.
-> unter völliger Ignorierung der Tatsache, dass sich direkt neben dem Geschäft die Bushaltestelle Sihlquai für internationale Reisende befindet, die dort vielleicht auch sonntags etwas einkaufen möchten

when they even consider the small street between the daily and the train station to be too much seperation, then it is seperated even more from the sihlquai bus station
the winti gooods is much closer to the „mushroom“ bus station, like a few steps without leaving individual-car-free territory from the entrance to the closest bus edge
for the record im generally against laws prescribing the times and days where people are supposed to be awake, or supposed to be relaxing vs working. But in this case im not seeing inconsistency, they had to draw a line somewhere with the law as it stands
if there was a kiosk right in the small building on the area of the international bus station that would be an interesting case, and should be allowed considering the other cases imo
