Sein Argument: Der Antichrist wird nicht mit Feuer und Schwefel kommen. Der Antichrist wird ein tröstlicher Verwalter sein – ein Wesen, das Sicherheit vor existenziellen Risiken verspricht und gleichzeitig stillschweigend die Kontrolle festigt. Ihr größtes Werkzeug ist nicht Angst, sondern Beruhigung. Zu seinen Fußsoldaten ernannte er KI-Sicherheitsforscher.

Ein Thiel-Stipendiat 2024 wurde am 2. Januar um 22:49 Uhr über WhatsApp rekrutiert und nahm anschließend Zugriff auf das Atomwaffenprogramm des Energieministeriums, ohne eine Standard-Hintergrunduntersuchung abzuschließen.

The only intellectual defence against powerful people pushing flashy and fishy ideas is asking and checking.
That we have a socioeconomic system where this vital foundational skill of communication, cognition, intelligence, and language is actually inhibited is something that people, who have been encoraged to invest in said system, are loath to consider, let alone acknowledge.
But what kind of „AI“ would such a culture produce? One where the „AI“ is effectively unable to carry out the foundational skill of intelligence while few people care?

Many people see it. Its so obvious. There is no more perfect candidate for the Anti Christ than the guy pointing at everyone else.
The anti christ is also the Jewish messiah so I doubt it’s Peter Thiel.
I honestly think Thiel believes AI is the messiah, and will do anything to bring it to power.
He thinks anyone trying to make AI safer is the anti-christ.

The funny thing is that Thiel bases the entire premise of his theory on a biblical quote from 1 Thessalonians 5:3 – „While people are saying, ‚Peace and safety,‘ destruction will come on them suddenly“. He says that because of this the theme of the antichrist is peace and safety. However, if you put that verse into context, the preceding verse says that it’s „the day of the Lord“ which will come unexpectedly, not „the antichrist“.

It’s all a front, he wants to conjure demons and use AI to incorporate them into our reality.
It’s possible he’s trying to emotionally manipulate & eliminate potential obstacles.
But it’s also possible that it’s the opposite.
Definitions to these people aren’t what we think. It’s a type of legalese code. Basically the opposite. „Pandemic preparedness“ means pandemic planning. „Equity & diversity“ means eugenics. „Affordable care“ means unaffordable care „Patriot act“ means give up your rights.
It’s a way to convince the public they are like us, want the same things, & aren’t evil reptiles.
Peter thiel recently funded the theist documentary The Story of Everything. Does he believe in god? If so it’s weird he would be so all in on AI. I’d think thats a satanist LHP thing.
What happens when you give a brain-fried drug addict a lot of money and an AI company. I had a friend who went nuts and mixed up AI and religion in the same way.
