Yo al final me he cansado y he acabado pillandome un vps de 1€ al mes en ionos, le he puesto wireguard y a chuparla.
Menuda vergüenza de verdad. Este no me bloquea nada del trabajo, pero cada vez que empiece una partida caen todos los sitios de mods para mis juegos favoritos. lol
También por usar ipv4. Si los ISP fueron normales podrían habilitar ipv6 hace 5-6 años.

Was the same with me for hours until i realized that was because the laliga blocking access, there is a few websites that list all the ip blocked during the matches, anyways you can use a free VPN as cloud flared for the download during the blocking.
