This is so so wild he’s Japanese why were there issues with him entering Japan?!
Japanese constitution ensures the right of all Japanese citizens to return home regardless of circumstance.
The most likely reason is that JYP lost his passport. I suppose it’s also possible that the airline wouldn’t let him board if he did have his passport but it had expired. Nothing a quick visit to the consulate can’t fix.
