Yngwie Malmsteen never played in Russia though. Russian officials said they had a sold-out arena in May, but Yngwie himself went on record in March and thoroughly denied it ever being a thing. So the list might be a little wrong.

Yngvie Malmsteen was an unplaeasant surprise to see in this list. Not that I’m a huge fan but he seem to be quite respected in metal scene. Apparently a bit of a dickhead, but still.
Not sure why Russian artists are included, like no shit Russian artist will still be performing in Russia.
That is indeed annoying, having to fly to Georgia or Belarus or other countries to get to a concert, but not that expensive.
