Probably not that big of an issue for Ford, since I doubt he was planning on staying on for a 2029 election anyways ,but he successor is going to have to deal with the fallout of his government’s administrative failings and the OPCs are probably going to see a big collapse in support as a consequence.

Ford will get his accolades as the longest serving PC premier since Bill Davis & the first since Leslie Frost to win three majorities in a row, but behind the veil will be a fairly hollow administrative legacy where very little of note was accomplished.
