Abstimmung im Clarity Act-Ausschuss morgen (14. Mai 2026) – ist dies endlich der Beginn einer echten Kryptoregulierung in den USA oder nur noch mehr politischer Lärm?

The fact the US is even debating comprehensive crypto regulation means the industry already survived the “it’s going to zero” phase.
Governments don’t build frameworks around things they think are irrelevant.

That shit getting delayed. Banks are screwed regardless but they will lobby to delay as long as they can. Our government officials are all bought and paid for by these banking lobbyist.
Everybody understands banks are screwing them and if you hold any portion of your money in banks besides what you’re paying bills with you’re part of the problem.
Banks should’ve been setting up to be issuers and custodial holders and instead they’re going to get beat out but tether, circle, etc.
And as much as I dislike banks the idea of a tether take over is much worse for everybody.

As painful as it is I feel pretty confident it won’t move forward on Thursday. Banks are between a rock and a hard place and they know it.

We deserve it.

Probably noise, especially with the U.S. and Iran still going at it. I mean, BTC has at least held up pretty well in recent times, but saying it will reach new ATHs anytime soon might be a stretch.
