    12 Tage nach dem ukrainischen Drohnenangriff ist ein Feuer in der Ölpumpstation Perm gelöscht worden. Sechs Treibstofftanks brannten völlig nieder. Die faktische Schließung der Station wird die Situation in der Perm-Raffinerie, die sie mit Rohöl beliefert, weiter verkomplizieren.

      About the time Russia thinks it’s safe to start using Perm again, the AFU will hit it and set it afire again.
