Turning waste heat into power sounds cool but I keep seeing big claims about thermoelectrics and not much real deployment. The tech has potential but data centers run mid temps, way lower than most thermoelectrics need to hit peak efficiency. Show me a scaled-up demo in an actual server farm, not just a lab sample or some prototype numbers.
