I am not Norwegian but I would guess you can park there every day between 16:00 and 06:00 as days aren’t mentioned. I assume it’s to make sure traffic flow isn’t impeded in those hours.

Black numbers apply to weekdays except Saturday, black numbers in brackets apply to Saturday, red numbers apply to Sunday and public holidays.
(So in your case you can legally park there saturday and sunday since there is no limitation to those days on the sign)
You cannot park there mon-fri between 06-16
