The missile was flight-tested with multiple payloads, targeted to different targets spatially distributed over a large geographical area in the Indian Ocean Region

Pretty sure india is under selling the range .
Indian space program has rockets powerful enough to launch moon missions .
So if we assume that some tech transfer happens between DRDO and ISRO you have missiles that can reach anywhere on the planet.
Impressive technology that can fly further north and south than east and west!
