People look at the United States, but nobody is paying attention to what New Zealand is doing in the meantime.

    2. Nonsense. Who did they ask? This can’t be representative. Some people online in the UK may think the US is the biggest threat but I’m certain the UK as a whole thinks it’s Russia (or maybe China).

    3. All countries are hostages of the United States, and some even have Stockholm syndrome

    4. Japan does check out as the last bastion of American loyalty it is but I had to check whether Taiwan wasn’t being counted together with PRC. Big if true.

    5. Well believe me or not, USA is a milder version of what imperial Britain was like back in the day.

USA has been independent for 249 years now, they’ve spent 226 years out of those in war with one nation or the other

They’ve lead coups and supported some dictatorial governments in South America and middle east over some democratically elected governments just for their capitalistic gains.

They’ve committed war crimes in Vietnam and Afghanistan and now in Iran.
They have bullied practically the whole world into making laws and polocies beneficial to them.

In the meanwhile, within their own borders they’ve improved quality of live, wages, lgbtq rights etc (compared to 3rd world) so that people in lesser developed places want to live their.

So while they’ve destroyed a lot of countries, they have created a sort of paradise for themselves to live beaten in quality of life only by some European countries who are equal or somewhat better only because of sucking wealth from the world for a couple centuries

(I love American people btw, if they think something wrong is happening somewhere they raise voice, donate etc.)

There was a poll the other day, all those countries in Australasia said China then US

    8. The Philippines would definitely say China, given the skirmishes in the West Philippine Sea. South Korea would say either China or NoKor.

    9. Reddit would have been glad if the Axis won WW2 as long as it meant the US losing

    10. to be more precise, a cabal of ultra-wealthy interests are extracting wealth from the global public by war and by blood. foreign interests made it easy. abusive systems have been normalized.

    11. it is the US, how is this even a debate? trump invaded venezuela, invaded iran, bombed yemen + iran, threatened to nuke iran (multiple times including yesterday), threatened to invade and annex greenland, annex canada, is destroying multiple economies with the blockade in the hormuz, and still continues to fund and send weapons to its ally israel that is also bombing iran, lebanon, syria, the west bank, and gaza, while annexing 10% of lebanon. the US by far is the biggest threat to the world and no other country is close.

    12. > biggest worry is US

      > Philippines

      > **PHILIPPINES, WHO GOT A HEATED BEEF WITH CHINA**

I’m as woke as you can get but this map is actually just pure reddit echochamber bullshit

The only countries that have a point are the ones in red and japan. Everyone else is delusional

Not buying it. Nations beefing with each other would probably choose their direct enemies first. Then after that, who’s paying the prop up my enemy’s government and/or provide the guns and missiles. China, Russia, and the US are probably the top three contenders. And of course there’s always „I am the friend of my enemy’s enemy.“

What makes me think the voices of the oppressed are included in this vote? They can’t be gotten to to ask, and it would mean a choice between life and death to answer honestly.

Wait Morocco🇲🇦 thinks Israel🇮🇱 is a threat, even though they soppurt each other, especially the Monarch?

If the United States said screw it we’re going home. There are a lot of countries that would be walked over the next day. There would be an absolute global bloodbath.

America is evil, but don’t you stop the millions of people trying to come here

    19. Reading through these comments, it’s clear just how massively propagandized Americans are. We’re the biggest threat to the rest of the world and it isn’t even close. No, Taiwan is not more concerned about China than the US.

Americans are saying it because it’s true, we’ve got the most powerful military in the world and the largest nuclear arsenal in the world, and they are under the control of an erratic narcissistic dementia patient and the people who’s job it is to keep him in check are completely uninterested in doing so.
