      Anyone want to bet on the political leanings of those making these kinds of threats? 

      Somehow I doubt it’s Avi Lewis’s or Yves-François Blanchet’s crowd.

      It’s really sad how frequent threats towards politicians are nowadays. Really goes to show how polarized everyone has become.

      Personally I couldn’t handle being threatened this much. Hats off to every politician working through this, it’s tough.

      Is it really that hard to criticize government officials without sending threats? If anything, using threats makes you seem less credible.
