Hantavirus is a bit special, it is transmitted by rodents but is very specific. For each kind of rodent there is a different variant of the virus. And most variants are both very unlikely to be transmitted between humans and are also realitvely harmless. If there are symptoms in the first place, they are more like a common cold. But very important: There is no vaccine or specific medication, so pharma would have little interest in it.
