There’s a saying Lithuanian language, an idiom „pakratyti kojas“ (literally means to shake one’s legs). It’s an informal, often humorous, expression that means to die or to kick the bucket.
But it doesn’t apply here because he first pakratė kojas (kicked the bucket) and only the died.
