Put the Gay into Guyana. This former British/Dutch colony recently started developing their offshore gas and oil rights now that Venezuela has stopped bullying them. Hopefully, economic development will lift the 61% who live in poverty into the developing world status and improve personal civil rights like gay marriage.

Guyana it’s only illegal to be a gay man (or basically any male-born person on the LGBTQ+ spectrum) but it’s legal for women to have sex.
