Do you have a receipt for the rails? If so, please post the product name.
With that you can fairly easily determine which gliders you will need.
Assuming you bought the rails / they are from IKEA.
If not, take measurements.
Width and height of inner rail in mm.
I use Rollringe. But gliders of different sorts are available.
You need to get the correct measurements (Laufkanalweite) of your Gardinenschienen.

They also come in different sizes, so measure the width of the rails.
If you go in person to a store that sells curtains and show them photo, they should also be able to help you (at least explain what types are there, and what the differences are).
