      I dont really see what you are visualizing as the fields here.
      The colors shows the propability density for the electron, but it just seems that you have put in a the standard magnetic field of a magnet for each electron. For a real atom most of these fields will be canceled as the electrons pair up, so this is more like what one electron with a specific quantum number looks like, not atoms.

      Edit: And don’t get me started with the intentional lowercase sentences, so annoying.

      Atoms dont look like anything because they are significantly smaller than the wavelength of light. Which means they completely do not have a physical appearance and cannot ever be seen
