      Ratings are so good that they must cease publishing data in the old format at all before a new format is ready?

      That’s a trajectory that will push it below 50% even in a brainwashed nation this year. Quite an accomplishment.

      They are getting real close to something very dangerous

      Those ratings are not just falling, they are plunging, something like 20% in a month. With stuff like rubbish collection stopping, massive ongoing collapse of businesses and employment the Kremlin is risking leaving people feeling they have nothing left to lose.
