You could take a bus from Prishtina to Lipjan – regional and not urban traffic as Lipjan is another county/municipality – and then walk to the stadium from the bus station in Lipjan, as it is a 15 min walk. The match is on a Wednesday at 3 PM and attendance will likely be low, so you could probably buy tickets outside the stadium.
