How many times has Carney gone to Europe now?
Allow EU spec cars in Canada, like Mexico does.
So with 85% of Canadian trade with our close neighbors due to low cost freight and ease of trade, why would we expect that Europe is a market that’ll replace the United States? Does anyone actually believe we can shift our business to Europe from the States economically? 🤔

Canada in the EU. Now that might be a better idea.
I’m not very confident that Canada and the EU can be close economic partners to be honest. Canada has tried for many years to enter on the European markets but with very little success. In order to sell food in EU for example, you have to comply with their regulations. This would require tens of billions of investments. While I do believe there will be a close relationship when it comes to defense matters, when it comes to the economy I would rather see Asia having more potential.
