Seems like a clean hit on the processing tower! That refinery will be offline for months!
They should quit smoking.
I do see some tall/vertical structures that are not on fire. Distilling towers are the processing structures that can put a refinery out-of-service for a very long time. Tanks and pumps are (relatively) quick and easy to replace.

I hate to be a debby downer but that doesn’t look like a particularly large fire. And other refining units seem to be operating as normal
I’m no engineer but I don’t think that’s operating to spec.
