Japan and America can connect in how under paid and over worked nurses are. We are not so different after all. 🫂

    2. Almost all nurses I’ve talked too want to quit, its inherent to the profession unfortunately.

Nurses are also very strong willed too tho so they don’t quit that easily.

    3. If only there were some countries nearby with an abundance of professional carers who could step into non medical roles… if only there was translation/ interpretations technology that existed so that they could work along side Japanese professionals… oh wait there already is… but that would mean the elders accepting the fact that they need foreigners, they need to make it easy for them to get visas that won’t break the bank for personal renewals and to stop engaging in anti foreigner rhetoric.

Oh and while I’m at it- start requiring Japanese public school English teachers to actually be able to speak the language and change the testing system to focus on communication.

This „shortage“ talk is ridiculous, it’s usually the institution not having money to hire more people so they try to hire cheaper immigrant labor

Housewife is almost not possible these days… so yeah they have to work despite all the hardship

Government: Instructions unclear, further limiting work visas.

Netizens: Maybe it’s a good thing that Japanese healthcare collapses, consider that.
