  1. Not much substance here. Maybe the best part of this article is the bit about Fox News hosts trying to change it to „Never Avoids Confronting Hard Obstacles.“ Good job, guys.

    With what happened in Hungary, I wonder if we will ever see a POTUS willing to dismantle this whole ecosystem of propaganda factories. Until Americans do that, it’s hard to see how they will get themselves out of the mess Rupert Murdoch and now MAGA have created, where up-and-coming politicians are elected based on their talking points rather than their credentials and competence. The gradual hollowing out of American statecraft doesn’t seem likely to abate until Americans‘ media diet has more fibre and protein, and fewer empty calories.

  2. FYI, the actual section of the Hormuz Straits that matters, is a 2 mile wide INBOUND lane separted by a 2 mile wide buffer lane or MEDIAN, with a 2 mile wide OUTBOUND lane.

    This „freeway“ is 35 miles long.
