According to an exclusive report from Axios, Israel secretly deployed an Iron Dome air defense battery and IDF troops to the United Arab Emirates to defend against Iranian attacks. This marks the first time the system has been stationed in and operated for another country outside of the U.S. and Israel.
Prompted by a request from Emirati President Mohammed bin Zayed, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu authorized the move after the UAE faced over 2,700 Iranian missiles and drones. The system successfully intercepted dozens of projectiles, signaling an unprecedented level of military and intelligence cooperation between the two nations.

Not surprised, they’re allies and have mostly aligned objectives. The UAE has had more missiles thrown at it than the other Gulf states.

But main question remains did it work to protect anything there?

I find it hard to believe because Israel also was getting Iranian missiles and drones and they’d need their iron dome in Israel.

Israel and UAE have been on their good relations for years. No surprise about it.
