Rightfully so. Training your replacement.
More tracking software and technology will come to all fields of work. Amazon warehouse and driver employees had this long ago. Computer work is low hanging fruit. Expect blue collar and pink-collar workers to follow such as nurseing. Nursing right now is a growing field with alot of potential to min-max their efficiency and time by tracking all movements and tasks.
It’s the US, so they have no worker’s rights or collective bargaining power. They can quit (which they won’t because they’ll never get compensated as well again), or stay on and train their AI replacements. Rock & hard place. Most will stay on until they’re deemed redundant.

I would be making a lot of mistakes whilst training.
Train the AI wrong then so it does a horrible job. Then when the company tries to hire you back, remind them that your position was deemed to be redundant by AI and leave them to rot.
They can shovel their mouse where the sun never shine.
Meta workers should all go on strike en mass to shut the company down. If they don’t, Meta will copy their movements, find the most efficient way they work, and fire them all as soon as possible. Otherwise I would just be clicking random stuff all day and night to screw up the system.
The should train it to open up Facebook own AI and make a bunch of expensive queries over and over again.

I hear that the work culture at Meta was already a bs. People would stab each other in the back because Zuck raised the bar to fire SWEs for its AI dream team + layoffs. Now he prepares the field for the ultimate modern day slavery. Meta can actually surpass Amazon to become the new worst place to work at.
Train your future replacement and be happy about it! This time around, we aren’t sending our best overseas to train your replacements, we are skipping that cost.
