Hezbollah violated the ceasefire by launching a rocket and a drone toward Israeli forces in southern Lebanon. The drone was intercepted, and sirens sounded in northern Israeli communities for the first time since the truce began.

The Israel Defense Forces also reported that militants crossed the border line and approached troops, leading to clashes in which several were killed. Additional similar incidents occurred the day before, with the military saying these actions breached the ceasefire terms.
