Der Gesetzesvorschlag, bekannt als „Yadan Bill“ (benannt nach seiner Autorin, der Abgeordneten Caroline Yadan), wurde erstellt zurückgezogen aufgrund erheblicher parlamentarischer Behinderungen und Kontroversen von der unmittelbaren Debatte in der Nationalversammlung ausgeschlossen.
Es wurde am 16. April 2026 nach Massenprotesten und einer Petition dagegen, die über 700.000 Unterschriften sammelte, zurückgezogen.

It’s legal to deny France (French republic) right to exist because they know that house Bourbon (currently the royals of Spain) has the claim to the French throne (kingdom of France).
