Your phone number was probably in a data dump or they randomly target your number. Will go way in a few weeks.
A while back someone managed to reveal the caller’s actual number. I think that they simply declined the call or forwarded it to voicemail

its a scam wanting you to call back and wait so you pay extra frees but theres a setting to block scam calls
