I am no fan of Iran but Trump deals by bullying his opponents and it’s not going to work on Iran. Trump is too stupid to understand this so he threatens war crimes.

  2. You have 48 hours to sign the peace deal, or we will destroy your country, and just to let you know we are serious, you now have 24 hours. And just to hammer this point home, you now have two weeks again.

  3. How does this rhetoric appeal to anyone? He sounds like an 8th grade bully. I can’t believe this disgraceful, shameful behavior is tolerated. He is a complete embarrassment.

I am so ashamed of my country.

  4. Oh boy I can’t wait for suspiciously timed threats that seem to manipulate the market for billionaires to buy and sell oil

Ah sounds like some White House staff need the price of oil futures to go back up after they finished shorting them a few days ago.

  6. In his defense, every time he says this shit HE believes it’s the first time and he’s very clever.

    Grandpa needs a nap.

    And probably shouldn’t be president.

And he fucks kids, so there’s that as well.

They blew up a girl’s school without warning, after assassinating negotiators, and the Supreme Leader.

They blockade the blockade without warning.

They telegraph moves for weeks and then act.

    He makes empty threats routinely.

Call it TACO, call it restraint, or whatever you want.

The reality is, that it would be best if the press simply refused to publish any of his social media posts any more, or force him to submit formal press releases before publishing like they would for anyone else.

If they did that with the last civilizational end threat, or the previous bridge/powerplant threat, we all would have had much less anxiety and the Iranian people would not have been as terrorized.

Following Trump does NOT give very much useful insight into what he is or isn’t going to do, and he posts it all on publicly available platforms.

People think his bullshit IS newsworthy, and that the President is inherently newsworthy, mostly thinking about the news part.

Never thinking about the worthy part.

He has been given more press than any person in history and we should cut him off like a fucking drug addict before his vanity kills us all.

Did some of his buddies forget to take a short position the last time? Shut the fuck up Donnie, you’re out of your element.

  9. Let me guess, he’ll chicken out on TACO Tuesdays but not before a bunch of people reap the effect this has on the market ahead of time

  10. Wait, I thought he heroically solved it again. I guess that didn’t work out at usual?

“I don’t just do thing just to do them. What am I, just gonna threaten to blow up a country? I’ve got a little more sense than that.

Yeah I remember threatening to blow Iran up.”

What does he do on Saturday nights to prompt him to say the dumbest, most awful shit?

Was this is a chapter in the art of the deal? „If all else fails, throw a tantrum and threaten severe harm.“

If I were Iran, at this point, I’d just negotiate directly with the stock market.

I will just save everyone some time, this game of threats and doing nothing will continue until our economy collapses and gas goes through the roof. The USA doesn’t have the means to open the Strait, and negotiating for peace will restart Netanyahu’s criminal trial and Trump’s Epstein drama. Rather than admit defeat, they will keep this game going to not face personal consequences. But dragging out this war will just socializes the consequences globally into higher costs for everything and stagflation.

Because this has worked so well before. The only person threatening nuclear annihilation is Donald Trump.
