      this is escalation by signaling not by full closure

      Iran knows it cannot sustainably stop all traffic but by threatening every ship ,it raises insurance costs disrupts flows and pressures global actors to push for a deal

      the goal is not total blockade it is maximum uncertainty at minimum cost

      Once again, innocent sailors are the ones who suffer, despite having no part in any war…

      Do these people even understand that sailors on these ships are normal people at work?

      I don’t side with the US against Iran, this was a useless war started by the orange guy, but i stand with seafarers because i’m a seafarer myself and those are my colleagues. The life at sea it’s hard, why make it harder…

      They’ve been saying it. Then its open! Then its not. I am not a fan of this war but they are continuing to play games like they have for decades. They have factions in their government saying different things. The IRGC is addicted to power and death while the lawmakers ( for all their pre approved propaganda) i think want peace. Then there is Mojtaba, who doesnt control anything and is probably looking like he made a visit to Mustafar (maybe he will auto tune the next lego ai video?) They want to hold the whole world hostage then give them hell. The world has put up with the IRGC for way too long anyway
