Just kidding, came here for the translation though…?
There seems to be no short-range air defense protecting the refinery, the footage doesn’t contains small arms fire, so the refinery appears totally unprotected from Ukrainian long-range UAS strikes.
Seems like the actual air defense is occupied elsewhere defending palace sites so the precious collection of extra-long tables doesn’t come under attack.
